Outdoor Classes in Lausanne Available Now!

Spring is in the air. The weather is warming up. It's time to get outside and get back on your fitness journey. Join us for some of our favourite open-air HIIT, yoga and pilates classes in Lausanne.

We only recommend trainers and studios that we have independently researched, tested, and loved!

ROWFIT Outdoors

Join ROWFIT for a full-body workout! ROWFIT combines indoor rowing intervals with physical floor exercises. These 40 minutes outdoor classes will take place with a magnificent view of Lac Léman.

When & Where

  • Tuesdays at 12:30 & 18:15

  • Wednesdays at 12:30

  • Fridays at 12:30

  • Sundays at 11:15

Mat Pilates + Resistance Training Circuits with Erica

Join Erica for more than a workout. In this class, you will learn how to train your powerhouse through the classical Pilates mat sequence. Increase strength, flexibility, endurance, and focus during this innovative pilates fusion class. Speed and agility activities will also be incorporated to up the burn and make it a total body workout. (Like pilates isn't enough on its own ;)

What to Bring

All you need is a mat, water bottle, and sneakers for extra support You can also bring a Theraband for extra stretching/resistance training, this is optional.
