Una is the lovely founder of Hothaus - nicknamed “HH” - the first hot yoga studio in Zug. HOTHAUS was born from voices in the community looking for a special gathering place to practice, sweat, share knowledge, and have fun!
HOTHAUS offers a completely original approach to hot yoga: The HOTHAUS Method, created by Una, is a series of connected classes for all levels offering complete workouts for both body and mind.
The yoga classes are upgraded with elements of functional range conditioning, mobility training, pilates and more. They have recently launched an education portal for their workshops and courses, internationally certified by the Yoga Alliance.
Una believes that wellness is about balance and reconnecting with our inner self. She supports immersing oneself in nature to break up the linearity of day-to-day life, which is why you can find her climbing, skiing, hiking, and swimming at every opportunity.
At HOTHAUS, everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace. The community at HOTHAUS is nice and collegial, full of guidance and support. “We don’t compare, we celebrate diversity”. From coffee in the lounge after challenging classes to HH Retreats in the Alps, HOTHAUS is a place you will find both yoga and community.

Gözde is the enthusiastic founder of Mojo Pilates Studio. Every class with Gözde is interactive
and adaptive. She focuses on offering tailor-made, high-quality pilates that doesn’t leave out the fun. Enthusiasm, patience and understanding are key in her classes where she will take the time needed to guide you towards the proper alignments and movements.
Gözde also has a sense of humour that brings relief to her most challenging classes. She is
wholeheartedly passionate about improving your wellness. With both parents working in
healthcare, she learned from a young age that health is the most important thing in life.
Making newcomers welcome is a priority in her studio as she uses an extra 15 minutes before
classes to make sure that any newcomers feel welcome and personally invited. She uses this
additional time to talk about your goals, expectations, and any questions you might have to
make you feel most welcome.
Mojo offers both mat pilates as well as sessions on machines and various other apparatuses.
Gözde also enjoys organizing health-related workshops and seminars with other professionals in health and wellness. Mojo Pilates can be your next wellness favourite!

Esther and Patricia are the power duo and owners of Pilates Time Studio. Together they have
decades of professional experience in the exercise science sector. Pilates Time teaches that
one size doesn’t fit all, meeting the unique needs of each individual to improve health, fitness or body awareness.
The team believes in movement as an essential part of living a happy, content life. They also
teach the power of the interaction between physical movement and mental awareness to find
balance and wellness - inside and out.
The teachers at Pilates Time welcome newcomers into their open environment with sincere
encouragement to help each client meet their goals. They have welcomed clients from all over the world as the studio supports a network that goes beyond the borders of Switzerland.

Christine is the friendly owner of pilatesWerkstatt. Specializing in personal training and coaching, she is sensitive to each client on a personal level, coaching in a way that reaches beyond the studio into everyday life.
The holistic health of the individual is the focus for her as she designs each training. All about balance in her teaching, Christine aims to support stability in both mental and physical health.
The welcoming pilatesWerkstatt instructors welcome all new students to their cosy boutique studio. They are always eager to listen and learn about new people. You can make yourself comfortable while they support your customized training and learn about your goals. They get to know their clients very well and find everyone tends to have a lot in common in this lifestyle!
The Werkstatt team also happily connects local or international people through introductions and pairing opportunities for the duet or small group classes as well as activities beyond the studio!
