Using yoga and other movement therapies, I specialise in helping people to move well, breathe better and find physical, mental and emotional balance. With a decade of coaching and almost 15 years teaching creative processes to children and adults, I understand the deep connection between healthy bodies and healthy minds. Whether you’re in pain, out of shape, under stress or all three, my classes range from gentle flows to power Vinyasa and Crossfit-specific sequences designed to guide you gently back to your best self.

What is your favourite place that your journeys have taken you to so far & why?
If forced to choose then I’d say Australia. The weather and the outdoor lifestyle are big pluses. I also really loved the strong drive towards healthy eating and general wellbeing. When living well is part of the culture, it’s so much easier to make smart choices.
