I offer bespoke personal training programmes, bootcamps, group training and classes such as Pilates, HIIT, TRX, pre- and postnatal mom-and-baby, boxing and spinning. Whether it’s losing weight, gaining muscle, correcting posture, improving core strength and flexibility, or staying fit and challenged, we will work together to achieve your fitness goals in a safe, energetic and fun way.

What is your favourite place that your journeys have taken you to so far & why?
Kefalonia Island in Greece--getting out into beauty! This is the biggest and the greenest of the Greek islands in the Ionian Sea--lush green woods of pine trees and cypresses, olive groves and vineyards. It reminded me of South Africa. The colour of the sea and the views are unreal!

Henlu is FAB! I went to his morning bootcamp in Zug and it was great. All exercises were explained clearly and were the perfect balance of challenge whilst remaining 'do-able'! There were a lovely bunch of people in the session and everyone was so friendly. A perfect start to the day - good exercise and good company.
