Pilates Instructor & Personal Trainer
As women we often don’t put ourselves first, and it’s my goal to change that. Having trained in both CH and the US, I offer a wide range of fitness, nutrition and wellbeing solutions, from one-to-one training to friendly bootcamps, Pilates and Barre classes. The focus is always female, and I specialise in pregnancy and post-natal Pilates plus pelvic floor and diastasis recti healing. As a mother I know how overwhelming the early weeks can feel, so new mums are always welcome to bring their babies to class.

What is your favorite place that your journeys have taken you to so far & why?
One of the happiest times of my life was on sabbatical in San Francisco. I had stepped away from a career in marketing, was pregnant with my first child and spent my days learning the principles of Pilates under the Californian sun. It’s such an eclectic city, embracing high tech alongside alternative lifestyles to create something quite unique that I really tuned into.

Outdoor ladies bootcamp with Jenny

I joined Jenny and the rest of the lovely ladies in the group for an outdoor bootcamp. The vibe of the group was lovely and everyone was so friendly. Jenny is a very good instructor providing alternative options when required and giving individual feedback and attention. I will be going again with pleasure!
