Many clients choose me because I can help them continue training through or post injury. As an athlete as well as a physio, I have a very good eye for movement mechanics, and I use Functional Range Conditioning principles to get results, no matter what your sport. I offer personal training with a focus on weights, gymnastics and Crossfit, plus mobility programmes to help clients understand their own bodies better. Good technique is critical, and mobility training lets you go longer and stronger at the things you love.

What is your favourite place that your journeys have taken you to so far & why?
Melbourne Australia is an amazing place. It’s got such a cool vibe with all the open-air cafes, bars and restaurants. I love how bike-friendly the city is, and it just feels like a really healthy place to live. I met some of my favourite people there, and I’d love to go back for a visit soon and perhaps visit some other Aussie cities while I’m there.
