My approach is to really understand your personal path to optimum fitness by working with your mind and not just your body. The aim is to help you enjoy your training so that it becomes second nature and guarantees results. I specialise in weight loss and body toning, muscle gain, postural correction, injury rehab, and pre/postnatal exercises designed to unlock the best version of you.

What is your favourite place that your journeys have taken you to so far & why?
Travel is one of my greatest passions. My family introduced me to different cultures and languages from just 3 months old, and I have been lucky to visit many countries. A few of my favourite places are Brazil, Hawaii, Uruguay and Israel.
